iConnectHere has a large FAQs section on their website but no telephone number to contact customer service. Only a single customer-service e-mail address provided for customer support, which is unusual for a phone service. We emailed them with some questions about their service and they replied within 24 hours with a form letter that closely related to the questions we asked.
